Overview
A centralized platform for a growing digital ecosystem
Digital operations become fragmented as websites, brands and projects accumulate their own content models, permissions and publishing workflows. Olavia creates a shared architectural foundation without forcing every project into the same structure.
The challenge
Growth was creating digital fragmentation faster than the existing model could absorb it
Each project introduced another administration surface, configuration layer and set of technical assumptions. Olavia needed to centralize what should be shared while preserving the autonomy and context each experience required.
The approach
Separate shared platform capabilities from project-specific experience
Authentication, organizations, roles, permissions, content primitives and APIs are shared across projects. Each digital experience can retain its own content structures, presentation layer and evolution path.
Architecture
Multiple organizations, one platform, clear boundaries
A multi-tenant foundation keeps users, content and configuration separated while allowing recurring capabilities to evolve centrally. APIs make the platform interoperable with different front ends and future channels.
Outcome
A common digital foundation supporting an expanding portfolio
Olavia gives teams a more governable platform from which to structure, operate and extend multiple digital projects. Every new project can benefit from the capabilities already built into the system without becoming identical to the others.
